Abstract: |
The present invention adopts one-step suspension polymerization method to cover and group-functionally modify the magnetic microspheres whose grain size is in the range of 5-1000 nm, so that the grain size of magnetic microspheres made up by using said invented method is 10 nm-2 micrometers. Said invented magentic microspheres can be used in the purification, concentration, separation and detection of biological material, and can be used as carrier for directional controlling biological molecule in microarray electromagnetic unit biological chip. |
