Abstract:
One optional reactant A is first mixed to organic phase to obtain a disperse phase and another reactant B is dissolved in water phase to obtain a continuous phase. The equipment is separated with microporous film into two cavities and the disperse phase and the continuous phase are made to flow separately into the two cavities, so that matters A and B produce reaction in the interface to form fine particle. The fine particle is filtered, washed with organic solvent and dried to obtain the superfine particle of the present invention. The method of the present invention has low membrane dispersing power consumption and high efficiency and is suitable for industrial production.
