Abstract：
 A device and a measurement method of testing imaging quality of glass comprises laser source; photosensitive detecting device for transferring optical signals to electric signals; microobjective lens for imaging focal spots of laser beam focused by the tested glass on the said photosensitive detector; computer used for the treatment of signals of related focusing spots imaging outputted by photosensitive divice to determine the imaging quality by analyzing the said signals. The photosensitive detection device is connected with the computer and the laser source detected glass, photosensitive detection device and the microobjective lens are set on the same optic route, the microobject lens is between the photosensitive device and the detected glass.
