Abstract： |
A field effect transistor of organic film includes the first and the second electrodes of comb shaped parallel closing to the base chip, the third electrode far from the base chip and the organic semi-conductor and insulation layer in between the first, second and the third electrodes. In the preparing of the transistor, high quality of organic insulation material will be used in insulation layer to make the field effect transistor of organic film through all evaporation plating in positive direction for increasing the saturation and current effectively and the transistor area being decreased. |
