Abstract： |
The direct phase detecting apparatus is designed by forming interference light from surface of light disk to detector to be quartet light with phase angle in difference of Pi/Z in proper sequence and setting comparison expression of detected phase angle fi and light intensity of every multiple light. Said apparatus comprises spectroscope dividing laser beam to two light pathes, 1/4 wave plate or middle density light filter, half wave plate and plorizing spectroscope with 45 degree incidence angle which are fit backward in proper order on each light path, photoelectric detector receiving every multiple light sent by every lens from each plorizing spectroscope on two light pathes. The phase angle counted and represented by said output current values is can be measurred since that output current of photoelectric detector and light intensity of each multiple light are linear relation. |
