Abstract： |
The present invention relates to an integrated biological chip system for sample preparation and aanalysis. Said system includes one or several active chips, and its device for implementing automation operation. Said invention also includes the method for treating and analyzing sample by using said integrated biological chip system, including addition of sample in said system and at least two sequence tasks. Said method also includes application of physical forces, such as dielectric electrophoretic force and electromagnetic force to implement treatment and analysis of sample, at the same time also includes the method of microparticles which can be combined with sample components, and can be controlled by the above-mentioned dielectric electrophoretic force and electromagnetic force. |
