Abstract:
A soft start circuit for DC/DC switching power supply with voltage compensation is composed of charge time counting and compensation voltage generating circuit module, level shift circuit module, over-current comparator module, and switching power supply module. Its advantages are stable charging without influence of surging, high reliability without re-start, and no damage to electronic system.
