Abstract:
A regulation method for making the lowest point of reflective spectrum of polarized surface plasma sensor zero includes such steps as making the analyzer of sensor in 45 deg. direction, arranging the polarizer at zero polarizing angle, recording Rmin and relative optical incident angle theta SPR when the refractivity of the medium to be measured is n1, regulating the rotary platform of sensor to make the output photoelectric signal of photoelectric receiver minimum, turning polarizer and regulating phase compensator to make the output signal of photoelectric receiver minimum. Its advantage is high resolution of sensor.
