Abstract:
The invented multi-function molecular radar consists of excited light source, sample excitation and fluorescence collecting part and fluorescence signal detecting and processing part. With visible excited light being a attenuated by attenuator, reflected by high pass two-colour splitter, used by scan vibrating mirrors, a microscope with high numerical aperture focalizes said light to the sample. Backward fluorescence from particular fluorescence particle is collected by object lens of microscope, via optical elements focalized on a confocal pinhole and received by a single photon counter. The signal on the counter is processed to obtain a fluorescence image and fluorescence correlation spectrogram. The inveted radar can carry on multi-measurements with different types. The sets are easy to be adjusted and have high working efficiency.
