Abstract:
A coating able to selectively absorb solar spectrum is composed of reflection layer, the absorption layer which is the (AlN+TiN)-AlTi film and (AlNO+TiNO)-AlTi film prepared by sputtering Ti and Al alloy cathode in nitrogen+air (or oxygen), and the anti-reflecting layer which is AlN+TiN film and AlNO+TiNO film. After it is baked at 350 (400, 450) deg.C for 250 (50,80) hr, its absorption rate is more than 0.93 and its emission rate is 0.06-0.10 (80 deg.C).
