Abstract: |
A fed-batch method for cultivating microorganism oil with high yield is provided, belonging to the biological chemical technical field. A carbon source is added to a fermentation substrate in the logarithm proliferation of the bacterium, and fed-batch of nitrogen source is carried out with the C/N ration equaling to 40. The invention is characterized in that both the content and the yield of the microorganism oil can be increased significantly. The fed-batch method is easy with convenient operation. |
