Abstract： |
The invention relates to an electrode structure and a preparation method of an organic electroluminescent (EL) device. The organic electroluminescent device provided by the invention includes a base plate, a first electrode, an organic function layer, a second electrode and an auxiliary electrode. The auxiliary electrode and the second electrode are totally continuous with consistent thickness and the same material, which can be selected from low resistance metal or low resistance metal alloy. The technical proposal of the invention can greatly reduce the resistance value of device lead wire area, decrease screen body power consumption and improve the integral performance of the device. The adoption of the manufacture method can facilitate one-step molding of the metal electrode and the auxiliary electrode, save a plurality of technical steps and greatly improve the production efficiency. |
