Abstract: |
The present invention relates to one kind of gene engineering strain of Pichia pastoris and its application in producing lignin peroxidase. The gene engineering strain of Pichia pastoris WX-33-LiPH2 is obtained by using wild Pichia pastoris strain X-33 as the host strain and through one molecular biological process to integrating LiPH2 gene to its chromosome. The process of producing lignin peroxidase with the gene engineering strain of Pichia pastoris includes the first culturing the gene engineering strain of Pichia pastoris WX-33-LiPH in BMGY culture medium and the subsequent inducing secretion of lignin peroxidase in BMMY culture medium. The process has simple components of culture medium and short production period of only 30-45 hr. |
