Abstract:
The invention relates to a non-active safe drive device used in an absorber ball showdown system of a high-temperature gas cooled reactor, belonging to the key component of the absorber ball backup showdown system of the high-temperature gas cooled reactor. The device comprises a pressure bearing housing (1), a suspended basket (2) fixed inside the pressure bearing (1), a step motor (3), a shaft coupler (4), a ball screw (5) with non-latching function, a guide rack (6), a sliding bearing (7), a spring set (8), and a guide rod (9), wherein the step motor, the shaft coupler, the ball screw, the guide rack, the spring set and the guide rod are sequentially connected from top to bottom inside the pressure bearing housing (1); and the lower end of the guide rod is connected with the head of a ball valve. The invention has simple structure, easy manufacture, and stable ball valve drive mechanism, and can provide reliable and safe shutdown under accident condition of the reactor.
