Abstract：
 Basic culture medium is first prepared by adding cytoauxin, cytokinin, cane sugar, agar and acid or alkali to regulate pH value. Leaf sheath of saffron as explant is then disinfected and inoculated in the basic culture medium, into which cytostatic agent is added to culture suspended monocell line. Amino acids,inductor, metabolic precursor and coenzyme are finally added to obtain the product of the present invention. The product of the present invention may be used in producing new anticarcinogen and tumor preventing health article.
