Abstract:
A process for preparing superhigh-molecular polyethylene composite material used as friction one includes such steps as adding polyurethane, maleic acid anhydride graft polyethylene and phenol deoxidant to superhigh-molecular polyethylene by means of plastic dual-roller mixer, mixing, moulding, preheating, pressing and cooling. The material is a thermoplastic one and can be shaped again by heating it. Its advantages are simple process and better anti-impact performance.
