Abstract： |
Polymer matrix as well as various additives, nucleating agent and degradation speed regulator as materials are mixed and extruded in extruder into mixture, and the mixture is further extruded at vitrification temperature and cooled fast to room temperature to obtain the composite material of the present invention. The composite material of the present invention has complete biological degradability, excellent biological compatibility and enough medicine strength and is non-toxic and without toxic side effect for use in body. It can degrade during the healing of bone and maintain normal stress environment for healing of bone. |
