Abstract：
 A synthetic peptide vaccine of influenza contains at least one polypeptide which is coupled to carrier protein or carrier polypeptide to form conjugate and contains neutralizing or variant epitope on cell membrane protein HA and M2 of influenza virus. The process for preparing said vaccine includes synthesizing said polypeptide, coupling said polypeptide to carrier protein or carrier polypeptide to form conjugate, and adding auxiliary agent to obtain said vaccine. It can effectively treat the variation of virus.
