Abstract: |
The present invention relates to high-flux electric rotation chip containing electric rotation unit array and high-flux detection method for these chips. In order to making high-flux electric rotation chip several electric rotation units can be prepared on the substrate or support, every rotation unit can produce rotary electric field after a proper electric signal is applied to it. The implementation example of this electric rotation chip is row-colum structure formed from several electric rotation units which consists of four electrodes and is implemented by means of two coducting layers. The form of electrode can be butterfly fom, line form, inward concave circular arc form or outward convex circular arc form. It has a reaction cavity with one or several reaction cells formed from combinatino of one or several holed thin sheets and high-flux electric rotation chips, the microparticle can be introduced into reaction cell to make electric rotation measurement. The high-flux electric rotation chip and reaction cavity can be used for screening lead candidate medicine molecule from compound bank and making other high-flux detection. |
