Abstract: |
A biosensor for oxygen amount needed biochemically is composed of measuring chamber containing buffer solution, immobilized cells, oxygen dissolving electrod in the center of measuring chamber, magnetic agitator, magnetic stirrer at bottom of measuring chamber, and micro aerator and aerating tube fixed near said electrode. Its advantages include low cost, improved mass transfer, wide linear range and high repeatability. |
