Abstract: |
A control device which realizes the self-acting feed via the closed loop feedback of the motor current; such control device comprises a one-board computer, a hall current sensor, the first triode ac switch and a RC circuit. The first triode ac switch is used to control the amplitude of the vibrator; the RC circuit is connected with the control pole of the first triode ac switch. The resistance of the RC circuit adopts the large power digital and adjustable resistor which is composed of a couple of the zero passage triggered optical coupler, the triode ac switch and the resistance array. The hall current sensor is used to examine the motor current which is transferred into the digital signals. The one-board computer is used to control the resistance array so as to achieve the impedance variation of the large power adjustable resistor. Thus, the self-feed control is realized. This utility model can be widely used in the automatically feeding occasion where the motor load control is based. For example, the utility model is of far reaching importance to the automation of such equipment as the breaker and the pulverizer. |
