Abstract: |
The invention provides an irradiation device and its control method, which comprises an electron accelerator, a scanning case connected to the electron accelerator, a scanning magnet, a target and an electron beam emergence window positioned on the scanning case. The electronic beam emergence window is arranged at the left side or right side of the target. The beneficial effects of the invention are: the invention integrates the functions of the existing electron beam eduction type irradiation device and X-ray eduction irradiation device. When the scanning magnet works, the accelerator irradiation device educes the electron beam flow; when the scanning magnet does not work, the accelerator irradiation device educes X-ray. The invention can not only educe two irradiation sources comprising electron beam and X-ray, but also meet the requirements for processing the irradiation object with different volumes. Therefore, the invention can be adopted to enlarge the application scope nearly without increasing the cost, to improve the system safety performance and enhance the service life and utilization rate of the irradiation system. |
