Abstract: |
The production process of 7-amino cefaphytanic acid includes the following steps: culturing and collecting free cell with D-amino acid oxidase and glutaryl-7-amino cefaphytanic acid acylatase activity; and suspending in pH 7.0-8.0 buffering solution, adding 1-5 % concentration cephalosporin C solution, reaction at 20-35 deg.c for 200-600 min to obtain 7-amino cefaphytanic acid. By means of the combination of free cell catalysis and membrane, the present invention has simplified 7-amino cefaphytanic acid producing process and apparatus, raised enzyme utilization, and lowered production cost. The present invention has obvious predominance and excellent industrial application foreground. |
