The invention relates to a carbon nanometer tube pressure sensor, which comprises a carbon nanometer tube, a carbon nanometer tube bundle or a different-sized carbon nanometer tube array, wherein, each carbon nanometer tube is electrically connected to conductive elements in metering circuit.When carbon nanometer tube transversal surface is deformed by pressure, its shape will affect current in circuit, and the pressure to be measured is determined by current monitored by metering circuit.The sensing range of pressrue sensor is measured through using different numbers of different-sized carbon nanometer tubes. |
