Abstract: |
This invention relates to a rotary post supersonic micro-motor in a bending vibration mode, which utilizes the piezoelectric effect of the piezoelectric ceramic to excite stator to vibrate in bending composed of a stator, rotor, runner or a pre-pressed unit, among which, the stator is composed of piezoelectric ceramic components and their matched blocks, the components are divided into up an down two parts, its side face has four or eight electrode faces polarized along the stator axial way in a same direction or reverse which is vertical to the applied direction. When the polarized directions of the up and down two parts are the same, the voltages applied to their related electrode are opposite when the polarized directions are opposite, the voltage applied are the same. |
