Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the field of composite material preparing technology. The composite ceramic/metal material consists of closed cellular ceramic and intracellular metal or alloy. The composite ceramic/metal material has the preparation process comprising mixing metal or alloy of the size of several microns to decades of micron and coating ceramic powder of the size of several nanometers to decades of nanometer in certain volume ratio; grinding to coat the base powder with the nanometer coating powder, cold mold pressing to form, and program controlled sintering. The composite ceramic/metal material in specific compounding mode has the performance of both metal-base composite material and ceramic material and may have ideal physical, chemical and mechanical performance obtained via component regulation.
