Abstract:
The present invention relates to one kind of bending vibration mode ultrasonic miniature motor based on square metal column and piezoelectric ceramic chip, and belongs to the field of ultrasonic application. The ultrasonic miniature motor consists of stator exciting ultrasonic vibration, rotor or rotor connected shaft outputting moment, and pre-pressure mechanism pressurizing the rotor. The stator consists of piezoelectric element exciting vibration and adhered matching block. The present invention features that the piezoelectric element is a composite body of square metal column and piezoelectric ceramic chip and the two or four sides of the metal column have adhered piezoelectric ceramic chips polarized in the thickness direction. The piezoelectric ceramic chips have adhered external electrodes in the outer surfaces. The present invention can promote the minimization of ultrasonic motor and may find its wide application in various fields.
