Abstract:
The invention relates to a B6O nanowire and crystal whisker structure and its preparation method, wherein solid phase reaction method and chemical vapour deposition method are employed, in the preparation, IIA group metallic oxides, boron powder and transient group metals or their metallic oxides are selected as the starting raw materials, which are mixed and are compressed into test pieces under the pressure of 2-10Mpa, then they are granulated and and sieved at the presence of Ar atmosphere, and thermally treated under the temperature of 1350-1500 deg. C.
