Abstract:
This invention relates to a bending rocking ultrasonic micro-electric motor made of multiple group of piezoelectric sheets pile. It comprises: a central axle, a stator and a rotor slipped-over therewith, and a torque output part. The stator is composed of: an upper matching block, a converter, an electrode leading-out piece and a lower matching blocks. The converter is n pieces piezoelectric sheets (n>14), on the two surfaces of the sheet is divided into m electrodes (m>32) with different polarizing direction. All the sheets are put together to form a pile. Internal connection or external connection is used for connection between each layer electrodes. The simple signal excioted ones are parallel connected, then leading-out electrode; on the other hand, the coswt signal excites ones are also parallel connected then leading-out electrode. Advantages are: minimized, useful in biological, medical, micro-mechancial, national defance sciences fields.
