Abstract:
The invention relates to a micro optical transmission and scanning device based on supersonic motor, which belongs to optical design field. It is made up of supersonic motor stator, rotor and light guiding device connected to the rotor. The stator is made up of matched block made from piezoelectric ceramic element of activated oscillation and the connected material which can generate absorbing force with magnet; the rotor is made up of base which can not be magnetized and magnet connected to the base, the magnetism force provided by the magnet is enough to bear the weight of the rotor, and provides the prestressed to rotate the rotor; the light guiding device is made up of fiber and prism, when the rotor is rotated, the light guided by fiber passes through the prism and carries on ring type scan. The structure is simple, the application is convenient.
