Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the field of chemical material preparing technology, and is especially one kind of polymer fiber containing carbon nanotube structure. The process of producing filter tip with the polymer fiber containing carbon nanotube structure includes the following steps: mixing carbon nanotube, polymer fiber and adhesive via ultrasonic dispersing, fusion spinning, hot settling to form polymer fiber filter tip containing carbon nanotube with one end adhered on or inserted into polymer fiber and the other end liberated. The carbon nanotubes in the filter tip form netted structure with nanometer level filtering channels and have themselves effective adsorption capacity, so that the filter tip can eliminate the harmful matters in smoke. The said polymer fiber may be also produced into filtering cloth and other nanometer filtering material.
