Abstract: |
The invention belongs to optoelectronics technology field. Wherein, integrating the light waveguide bounded by photon crystal band gap and a semiconductor laser diode as active luminescent device in one semiconductor substrate with structure design and technique adjustment, controlling the emission light field of said diode or semiconductor LED on the end face of said waveguide to high-efficient excite the defect-mode light field in said waveguide. Thereby, this invention needs no extra exciting light source and precise alignment bracket, has well stability and small device size less than 2mm, and can be used special in photon integration. |
