Abstract: |
The dedicated device includes a outer trough, a ultrasonic vibration plate, a bracket inside the outer trough, a inner trough on the bracket, and several heat plates setup inner wall of the outer trough. In the equipment of separating CRT glass bulb, the method dissolves sintered glass through dissolution liquid under supersonic wave. Using supersonic assistant mode, the method decreases acid concentration of cleaning liquid so as to decrease corrosion resistant requirement for inner trough. Moreover, the method can be utilized to cleanse separated glass bulb or glass fragment. The additional cleaning equipment is not needed so as to save fund. |
