Abstract： |
This invention discloses a kind of way to produce the porous polymer velum. This invention aims to provide a simple preparation method of stephanoporate-bracket- and-porous-polymer-velum used in the field of self-engineering. The preparation method of porous polymer velum provided by the invention is to make the polyhydroxybutanoic acid- valeric acid ester and elastomer a piece of velum in the cross blend solution of pore forming solvent. After the pore forming solvent is volatilized, we can get the porous polymer velum. This invention doesn't use pore forming agent or special equipment and installation. We can get the adhesive stephanoporate bracket, which is good to through direct filmforming. It is characterized with easy operation and low cost. The diameter of the aperture formed through this method is between 1mum and 10mum. Thus we overcome the disadvantages of the traditional method, larger aperture and sharp fall of mechanical property. The porous polymer velum is featured by the good uniformity, high voidage, good biocompatibility, relatively good mechanical property and so on and is promising in the field of stephanoporate bracket used in self-engineering. |
