Abstract: |
This invention relates to influenza virus cytomembrane protein M2 whose neutralizing epitope and variant epitope, and its applications. The neutralizing epitope thereof has octapeptide of amino acid residue sequence in sequence map's sequence 1; the variant epitope is selected from one of octapeptides of below amino acid residue sequences: (1) sequence 2 's amino acid residue sequence of the sequence map; (2) sequence 3 's amino acid residue sequence of the sequence map; (3) sequence 4 's amino acid residue sequence of the sequence map. The Hybridoma technique is used to obtain the mono-clone antibody 8C6 (subtype IgG2a) which is aimed at influenza virus M2 cellula albuminosa outside area's neutralizing epitope. The Balb/C small rat, through passive immunizing with mono-clone antibody 8C6, resists the attack of influenza virus. The mono-clone has well protecting and treating effect. The influenza virus cytomembrane protein M2 's neutralizing epitope and variant epitope will be more important to cure influenza and prevent from it. |
