Abstract:
The invention discloses filament made from Nano carbon tube including single walled and double walled. Method for preparing the filament includes steps: purification processing in preorder; putting continuous filament of single walled Nano carbon tube and membrane of double walled Nano carbon tube into acetone or alcoholic solution for adequate soakage; compact filament of Nano carbon tube formed on double walled Nano carbon tube, after picking them up from solution and volatilizing the solution; making thickness of continuous filament of single walled or double walled Nano carbon tube even in length direction; after drying, obtaining lamp filament. The invention develops excellent performance and promotes practical procedure. Features of the Nano carbon tube are low voltage threshold, high luminous efficiency and high brightness.
