Abstract：
 An Ago-Gel film substrate is featured as forming Ago-Gel film on substrate and isolating said film to be at least two independent regions .The Ago-Gel film substrate with multiple independent isolated regions of samples can be used to prepare chip for realizing simultaneous detection on sample of multiple index and on multiple shares of the same sample as well as on different biological samples to raise detection efficiency of chip.
