The invention discloses a thymine nucleoside derivative and its preparing method and its application, a compound which can be 3'-azidothymidine-5'-phosphorylated(N-methyl imidazole-2- formyl alkyl diamine) cyclohexyl ester and 2', 3'-dehydro and deoxy thymidine-5'-phsporylated (N-methyl imidazole-2- formyl alkyl diamine). It also provides its preparing method. The derivative is a candidate premedical compound with the effects of antivirus, antitumor and anti AIDS virus. |
