Abstract:
Orifice for adding sample includes structure as following: insertion hole of suction head located at downstream direction when liquid flows inside microtubule; isolated gas introduction hole located at upstream; located at side wall, one piece of necking down or one piece of lug in use for perforating the insertion hole and the isolated gas introduction hole. Depth, size of section, or shape of the insertion hole is designed properly to let the suction head insert to extreme depth concentrically and stably but not contact underside of the insertion hole. Ratio between perimeter of section and area of section of the insertion hole is smaller than ratio between perimeter of section and area of section of the microtubule. The disclosed orifice for adding sample will not make added liquid sample segmented inside microtubule.
