Abstract：	This invention discloses a method for fabricating gene chips and their application in gene measurement of gene polymorphisms. The gene chips comprise a set of nucleic acid segment from the test sample, and a set of nucleic acid segment from multiple reference samples. The said nucleic acid segments are obtained by multiplication of gene segments containing gene polymorphisms in the test sample and the reference samples in identical conditions. The nucleic acid segments are fixed on the surface of the gene chips, and every reference sample contains a known gene polymorphism. This invention has an important application in the genotyping of gene polymorphisms of unknown samples.
