Abstract: |
The invention relates to a segmented cross-coupling MOS tube used in the analogue integrated circuit design, belonging to basic circuit design. The invention is formed by parallel connected K groups of cross-coupling MOS tube, while the k is the positive integer not less than 2; each cross-coupling MOS tube comprises two same MOS tubes which are cross-coupling connected, a MOS tube for supplying bias current, and a single-pole double-throw switch for controlling the working condition of said cross-coupling MOS tube. The invention divides the cross-coupling MOS tube and its bias circuit into several segments which can be switched, to change its character in large range, to compensate the working condition change of vibrator caused by the change of capacitor in the VCO. The invention can enlarge the frequency covering range of CMOS, LC, and VCO. |
