Abstract： |
The siRNA as VEGF-siRNA -2¡ä-deoxy1 or VEGF-siRNA-2¡ä-deoxy2 with its application to restrain VEGF is disclosed in this invention. Wherein, the VEGF-siRNA -2¡ä-deoxy1 comprises a sense chain with the nucleotide sequence as SEQ ID No.3 and anti-sense chain with the sequence as SEQ ID No.4; while another one comprises a sense chain with the nucleotide sequence as SEQ ID No.5 and anti-sense chain with the sequence as SEQ ID No.6; both two former compounds have long half-life hard to be degraded, fit to external experiment even the internal treatment, and can restrain the tumor, such as cervical cancer, liver cancer, breast cancer and lung cancer. |
