Abstract: |
This invention relates to organic EL device with high efficiency, low working voltage and long service life aimed to increase the electron injection capacity for device. Wherein, the device comprises a base plate, an anode, a cathode, organic luminous medium layer between the electrodes, and electron injection layer between the cathode and said medium layer, which comprises organic salt with boron atom as coordination center of molecular formula as MBL4, wherein, M: alkali metal or alkali earth metal, B: boron atom; L: monodentate ligand or bidentate ligand. The invention improves device brightness. |
