Abstract: |
The invention is concerned with the sealing method for photoelectric device for the sealing technology field. It is: charges conduction gas in the device sealing area, the conduction gas chooses from one of the hydrogen gas, the helium gas, the nitrogen gas mixing with hydrogen gas, the nitrogen gas mixing with the helium gas, the argon gas mixing with the hydrogen gas or the argon gas mixing with the helium gas, the hydrogen gas of the helium gas occupies the density of the mixing gas is 10% - 90% of the volume ratio, the better choice is 50% - 70% of the volume ratio. The invention can not only prevent the effect by the vapour and oxygen but also improve the conduction capability of the gas, in order to improve the stability and the using life of the photoelectric device. |
