Abstract：
 This invention discloses a drive of high speed CCD chip composed of a logic signal circuit and an output signal amplifying circuit, among which, the generation of logic signals is realized by CPLD, the output signal amplifying circuit is realized by high speed analog switch, charge packets are converted to voltage signals and integrated charge packets are transferred into a frame storage zone in parallel at high speed then to be transferred into an output register zone line by line to be output via a read register zone after the first frame image exposure is finished.
