Abstract:
This invention relates to a positive material big grain LiCoO2 with Li2Co3, nm Co3O4 and mum Co3O4 as the raw materials used in Li ionic batteries and its preparation method. Said material is matched according to the following formula: Li2 Co3:1~1.05, nm Co3O4, 0.2~0.5, mum Co3O4: 0.5~0.8, the proportion is the actual mol number. The material is ball-milled, dried, sieved then to be calcinated under 850deg.C in air and heat insulated to get the big grain LiCoO2 powder.
