Abstract:
A driving device of 3D objective lens in new tilt mode consists of fixed component, movable component supported by suspension wire, and magnetic field generating system formed by external yoke iron and magnet. It is featured as applying four magnets and four coils as using boundary magnetization for two of four magnets, fixing coil on movable component and arranging them two by two in vertical for realizing that integrated couple of forces formed by two couples of forces is used to drive movable component to carry out tilt movement.
