Abstract: |
This invention relates to a high-density NiCo acid Li positive material and its preparation method used in Li ionic battery, which takes LiOH, Ni(OH) and Co3O4 as the raw materials. The preparation method includes: mixing the material in terms of mol ratio of LiOH: 1-5 to be ground, dried and screened, and annealed under 750-850deg.C oxygen atmosphere, heat-insulated to get the high density Ni Co acid Li powder, which is uniform, the mean size is 10mum, the mean grain size scale is 1mum, the capacity height is 170-180mAh/g, the tap density height is 2.4-2.8g/cucm, the attenuation for 500times is 2-5%. |
