Abstract:
Gaoyangmao drought responder element combined protein transcription factor, its coding gene and use are disclosed. The transcription factor is protein with amino acid residue sequence in sequential table SEQ ID No: 1, it has regulating protein with transcription and activation functions. The coding gene is nucleotide sequence in sequential table SEQ ID No: 2; or nucleotide sequence of protein sequence in sequential table SEQ ID No: 2; or it has homology above 95% with nucleotide sequence defined by SEQ ID No: 2 in sequential table, and protein nucleotide sequence for regulating anti-reverse performance with coding transcription and activation functions; or nucleotide sequence to hybridize with DNA sequence defined by SEQ ID No: 2 in sequential table under strict condition. It can be used to improve anti-reverse performance of plant.
