Being related to monitoring information of transport vehicle and cargo, positioning vehicle and cargo, communication technique between vehicles and transport center, the invention belongs to areas of materials circulation technique and equipment. Characters are that the system comprises main board, GPRS modem, bar code scanner, GPS receiver, storage device, LCD, operation and control faceplate and touch screen. The method includes information communication module, vehicle navigation module, terminal modules of the system, cargo registration module, unloading module for cargo and module for querying cargo. Based on vehicle carried platform of vehicle center, the invention is developed to orient for drivers to control location in real time and monitor cargo as well as for management center to monitor and dispatch vehicles. |
